  • Where can I place an order?
    You can place an order right on our website. If the item is in stock, we offer fast shipping and work to get it to you right away.
  • What is your return policy?
    No refunds or Exchanges. Store credit only within 3 days of receipt (when package is delivered) Items marked FINAL SALE CAN NOT BE RETURNED/EXCHANGED. Purchased item(s) must be received in their original condition. Product(s) that show signs of use or patterns which are distorted will be refused. Purchaser is responsible for all shipping cost.
  • What are your payment options?
    You may check out with PayPal, Cashapp, zelle, debit or credit card online. To check out with Cashapp select the "manual Payment method", screenshot your payment and email the info to with your name and order number visible. You do not need a PayPal account to checkout via PayPal.
  • Why was my order selected for verification?
    Your order can be selected for verification if your order is flagged by our fraud department. We will reach out to you via email or by phone to inform you of what is needed to move forward with your order.
  • How Do I Change/Cancel My Order?

    Recommended bundles if buying the following lengths: 12" - 14" 2 Bundles 16" - 24" 3 Bundles 26" - 30" 4 Bundles 32" - 40" 5 Bundles If you prefer full vixen hair please add a extra bundle.
